We are dedicated to assisting independant artists in all facets of the music industry through our podcast; whether that be booking, publishing, marketing, web and graphic design, merchandising, or even songwriting. We also work toward educating independent artists and groups on how to manage their own careers and how to deal with situations that may be alien to them.

Artists have to understand that ignorance to the business side of their career is no longer an excuse for lack of forward motion. Today the entertainment industry is full of professionals, some of which are looking to help out independant artists and others waiting to taking advantage of them. It is the artists responsibility to be able to identify these people and know how to make use of them. That is where BJ Management comes in.

We understand that as of right now we cannot help everyone individually, so rather we have developed this podcast to show all the fundamentals of the entertainment industry. As a result, we hope that everyone interested in a music career can learn to help themselves progress dramatically.
