Design

Babulous is seeking a talented and self-motivated Graphic Designer to lead the design efforts. You will have the opportunity to put your varied design skills to work on the site. You should feel comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator and general UI flow. Online marketing experience as well as Flash knowledge is a big plus.

Design is responsible for the UI design, clear messaging to our users, as well as all online marketing/advertising materials. We do it all, we do it well, and we do it in a friendly, supportive, collaborative environment.

Marketing

Babulous needs a marketing manager who is responsible for supporting the development and marketing of our site. This includes identifying user and market trends and help to define the product vision and strategy. You will work closely with programmers, graphic design, and members of the executive team. You will play a key role in helping to develop and grow our site so that we lead user experience, business models and community. The position is responsible for deriving the most revenue growth, value, and profitability, and meeting our customers' needs.

The successful candidate will have experience in a web-based environment/project. You will be able to effectively communicate with key stake holders throughout the organization including engineers, marketing professionals, sales and business development. You will have a passion for Web 2.0, the desire to work in a fast paced start up environment, and be a quick learner.
